Refund policy

Here at Alban Outlet we pride our selves with good British customer support, that's why we made our returns policy quite simple. If there is a problem with your purchase or you would like to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours. We will then solve the issue amicably. We will respond and solve the issue within 2 working days. If for any reason you are not happy with the item, you are entitled to return this for a refund minus postage charges. This must be done within 14 days.
